How do credits work?

AIXpose uses a simple credit system. Each generated image version uses 1 credit, and most photos are completed in 1–2 versions. Depending on your plan, effective pricing ranges from 0.55 EUR to 0.80 EUR per credit.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new credit allocation. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to unused credits?

Unused credits roll over to the next month as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, you'll keep access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New customers receive 30 free credits at signup to test AIXpose on real listings before committing to a paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with AIXpose, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
